During a follow up appointment, we will continue to treat the problem using variations of joint mobilisations or manipulations, muscular techniques, neural techniques, sports massage or personalised rehabilitation.

Deep Tissue Massage
In need a of a deep tissue massage? You’ve come to right place. Whether you require light pressure to relieve some tension in your back or some deep tissue work to your legs to loosen some knots, then we can help you.

For those that prefer group-style therapy, our classes offer more than most. We want you to leave knowing that you’ve learnt something new; whether that’s kickstarting your rehabilitation journey or strengthening your body to achieve more every day. We take a hands-on approach to ensure that our clients get more than just a workout.
